Here are some other things
everybody can do to help:
1. Check the current list of
names this page. If there are any Det 6 vets who's names are not
listed, let us know.
2. If you personally know the
location of any missing vets, please contact them and ask them to
contact us.
3. Any info you have on the
people on the missing list can be very helpful when searching for
them. ie: middle initials, spouses first names, hometown
city/state, any known PCS locations after Bayshore, last known
location, when they separated what city/state did they settle in
or any other info you think can help. Also, pass this info on to
Mike so he can add these notes to the missing list.
4. If you have any old Det 6
paperwork take a look at it. (training records, APR's, TDY orders,
promotion orders, Change of Reporting Official lists, recall rosters
etc). You might find some missing names, middle initials and
information like that.
